What does it actually take to build a seven-figure coaching practice without piling on more frameworks, tools, or shiny objects?
In this episode, EOS legend Walt Brown, known affectionately in the EOS community as “Uncle Walt,” shares why the biggest breakthrough in his practice didn’t come from adding more, but from going deeper. We explore what true EOS mastery looks like in practice and how committing fully to the EOS toolbox, rather than diversifying his offering, was the foundation of his seven-figure coaching practice. We unpack why most organizations haven’t finished EOS 1.0, how the 7 Critical Needs reveal the why behind VTH, and what it means for coaches to work themselves out of a job by graduating clients.
